Our Gymnastics Speciality course kicks off Saturday August 13. Focus is on core strength and stability as well as all the regular movements like pull ups and push ups. We will get you comfortable upside down on the rings as well as on your hands.
Notes and homework will be given to complete during the week (nothing too hard or that will take too long, but enough for you to practice and solidify the moves you have just learnt).
The course is open to members and non-members and runs for 9 weeks. Classes are held on Saturday mornings at 8am for 1.5hours. If you miss a class you will be able to catch up the following weekend.
The course is aimed at adults and is suitable for beginners through to intermediate/advanced level athletes. You don’t need to have any particular gymnastic movements established to participate.
Duration: 9 weeks (commencing Sat August 13)
Session time: 8am Saturdays, 1.5hours per session
