If you prefer to train in a one-on-one situation we have both male and female trainers available at our Jimboomba premises. Session times can be arranged to suit your schedule. Private Personal Training is the ultimate way to reach your health and fitness goals and exercise programmes can be tailored to suit your own individual needs and preferences.
We can deliver individual CrossFit programmes, individual strength and conditioning programmes, individual Sports Power Development programmes, Weightlifting programmes, Weight loss programmes and many more. We can also deliver Private Personal Training programmes in combination with our group CrossFit classes (eg you might do a private session once per week and attend a group CrossFit class two or three times per week).
Our Private Personal Training clients include people from all walks of life: sports athletes, seniors, executives, business owners, teachers, tradies and more. There is really no stereotype of who Private Personal Training might be suited to. We have some clients who only ever undertake Private Training, and others who undertake Private Training at certain times throughout the year and at other times join in on our group classes. We also have some clients who preferred to get started with us with Private Training for a while, and then joined in to our group CrossFit classes.
We offer both 30 minute and 60 minute session with discounts available for multi-session purchases prepaid in advance.

We start everyone off with a “no-sweat” introduction with one of our expert Trainers. The Intro is FREE, by appointment only and is a pre-requisite to joining our gym. If you are new to exercise, haven’t exercised for a while, aren’t sure how to get started, or have other questions or even if you know what you want and just want to get started straight away, the “no-sweat” intro is an opportunity for us to talk with you about your needs & goals, understand what you require and then chart out the best plan of action for you.
